We totally get it. Things happen! In the unfortunate event that you must cancel your appointment, we do require 6 hours notice to avoid being charged a 50% late cancelation or no show fee. Some things are totally out of your control, so if you have an impossible situation, feel free to call/text us so we can work out a better time!
